Nordheim is a folk metal band that formed in 2006 in Quebec, Canada. They have a nice groove in there sound that's contributed by the guitar work and keyboards. Though the vocals are front and center and was my predominant focus whilst listening, it was offset very nicely by keyboards and somewhat technical guitar passages. My favourite tracks off this album were "nightborn", "sailing the drakkar" and "old crazy man". One could argue that they shouldn't be judged by "old crazy man" and "sailing the drakkar" as it wasn't new work from the band but the fact remains that these two songs are still the bands best work in my opinion. A solid 7/10 from this band as it didn't really get any points for creativity but still remains a nice flowing album.- Quality: V2 MP3 / VBR (scene rip)

Nordheim (Demo):
Nordheim (Demo) was released in 2009 and would feature 3 tracks. This was a pretty awesome demo as it was very clear (unlike most demos) and had 3 quality songs. Also the band gets extra points for releasing it as FLAC for free.
