What we have here is a solo project started by the vocalist of the well known brutal death metal band Cenotaph, from Turkey. He handles all the instrument and programming on the album and has set himself a task. He revealed that Womb of Decay will consist of four episodes, this one being the first. Obviously.
The music he plays is funeral doom merged with death metal. It's slow, it's crushing, it's heavy. Filled with sick growls, insane low-tuned riffs, melodies that evoke impending doom, draggy yet pounding drums and an amazing omnipresent dark atmosphere.
