Have you ever wondered how would a thrash metal band would sound if they structured their songs in such complex ways as in a tech death band? Maybe your thinking it would sound awful and wankish, but not with this band. Vektor, thrash metallers from Tempe, Arizona, giving us a very, very special Thrash metal album that's filled with mind blowing technical tracks and very spectacular riffing. Guitars are extremeley well played here, lots of well executed rythm changes that will surprise you and will never get you bored, even in longer songs (3 songs of 10 minutes each! wtf! awesome!). Vocals also play a huge part on this album, original, vicious, and powerful, something that most thrash bands lack these days. Drumming is also impeccable, precise and gets the atmosphere just right.
If you ever thought Thrash Metal these days doesn't give for more, listen to this album and think again. This is the future of thrash metal. Recommended to everybody that visits this fine blog :).
