Vital Remains - Dechristianize (2003)

Blasphemy, sacrilege, profanation, desecration. All through Vital Remains' ruthless vituperation and castigation. That's actually what they're all about, besides being one of the most awesome death metal bands out there.
They even had quite a line-up at the time this one came out as well. Glen fucking Benton on the vocals, Tony Lazaro on the rhythm guitar and the almighty Dave Suzuki on everything else. That includes the lead guitar, the drums, the bass and the fucking lyrics.
While, in lyrical sense, the whole album represents straightforward Christianity bashing, Jesus degradation and total and utter irreverence towards God, it musically represents indisputable death metal.
Brutal and merciless drums, awesome riffs, great solos, sick vocals... Oh, and one of the best album intros ever. What more could you possibly want?

P.S. Loadown.org does not condone any form of anti-theism or blasphemous behavior. We're all a bunch of Jesus loving hippies.
