Here is Rotting Christ’s tenth full-length album,
AEALO. I am fixin’ to write a proper review soon, but I am providing an upload of it here first, as I am sure that many of you are rabidly chomping at the bit to hear Christ's latest offering. As a preamble for that upcoming review, I will claim that this album will more than likely polarize the band’s fan base (not that I think it
should), as bands who have been around for as long as they have tend to do with each new album (for proof, read the comments below for Immolation’s new album
Majesty and Decay [I will go on the record and say that it a solidly crushing death metal album]). Suffice it to say, however, that if there is a short list of bands whose albums are mandatory listening for all fans of metal, Rotting Christ is surely one of them, and this album surpasses even my high expectations for it. In a word:
awesome--but did you
really expect anything less?
