Since this is my first post as one of the new contributors and i'm from Denmark, why not introduce you guys to some underground Danish death metal? Well indeed this is what you need. CRUCIFIX has only made one full-length album, but fuck me, if these 12 killer tracks wouldn’t slay you in seconds after putting it in your CD-player.The drums are remarkably fast and unpredictable, the guitarsound is very brutal but also quite melodic at the same time and with great spontaineus solos, and of course the vocals are impressive as well. The whole production is very good, but still influenced by the typical old school death metal sound.
The lyrical themes are standard objects like anti-christianity, hate, murder and violence. (It wouldn’t really be death metal without it, would it?)
If you like bands like Torture Division, Malevolent Creation, Monstrosity and Odious Mortem, you’re gonna love this one!
BTW, They’re working on an EP, so get movin’ with this one, mofo!
