With the release of their debut album ‘Guilty Water’ in 2003, the Belgian gothic band Sengir drew attention upon themselves for good. Atmospheric rock with clear female vocals was no longer a mainly Dutch concern, but Sengir was admitted in the successful range of multiple gigs playing bands. The music seamless join on to the music of bands such as Within Temptation, After Forever, Lacuna Coil, Epica and so on.
